Recruiter (Contract)

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter for a contract role. This individual will support full-cycle recruiting efforts, helping to attract, screen, and hire top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, and other recruiting tools
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and metrics tracking
  • Support employer branding initiatives as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience).

Minimum experience required of the position

  • 1+ year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities preferred of the position

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

  • Able to operate a personal computer, either desktop or laptop.
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Able to operate a copy machine, fax machine, calculator, telephone and other miscellaneous office equipment.
  • Able to exert up to 10 Lbs. of force occasionally, and /or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push or otherwise move objects.
