Engineer, AI OPS
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
The AIOps Engineer will transform IT operations through automation, monitoring, and AI innovation. This role combines cloud engineering and intelligent automation, focusing on deploying and optimizing Dynatrace, integrating APIs, and building AI-driven workflows and agents in ServiceNow, M365, and other enterprise platforms. The AIOps Engineer will enhance how Delta monitors systems, automates tasks, and resolves issues using AI.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Deploy, configure, and manage Dynatrace for enterprise monitoring and AIOps correlation.
- Develop automation with PowerShell, APIs, and cloud-native services across Azure and OCI.
- Build AI-driven workflows and agents for ServiceNow, M365, and related platforms.
- Design and maintain integrations across cloud, monitoring, and ITSM tools.
- Automate service requests and operational runbooks.
- Leverage generative AI and machine learning to predict issues and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve reliability and performance.
- Lead incident response automation and post-incident improvements.
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and system health.
- Champion AI innovation across the organization.
- Oversee availability, capacity, and performance management for cloud workloads.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years in IT operations or cloud engineering focused on automation, monitoring, and AI.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities preferred of the position
- Proficiency in PowerShell, API integration, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Azure Automation, and M365.
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
- Preferred: Dynatrace Professional, Azure AI Engineer, OpenAI Fluency Certification.
Physical Requirements
- Able to operate a personal computer, either desktop or laptop.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Able to operate a copy machine, fax machine, calculator, telephone and other miscellaneous office equipment.
- Able to exert up to 10 Lbs. of force occasionally, and /or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push or otherwise move objects.
